With over 20 years of experience owning and running multiple businesses, Katie has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and professional poise to be your trusted partner in your real estate journey. She is in constant communication with her clients and continually goes above and beyond the duties of a realtor because she puts her clients first. Meeting and exceeding her clients’ expectations motivates her and she truly enjoys making real estate dreams a reality.

Katie has owned personal homes and investment rentals in Boise, farmland in Melba, and was a property manager for her own real estate and others’. These experiences make her empathetic to clients as they navigate the current real estate market for any type of real estate sale or purchase. Katie and her husband (Ryan) have extensively remodeled several homes which have turned into great investments. She has the ability to see potential in properties that could bring instant equity with minor upgrades or major renovations…and helps her clients avoid the true lemons out there.

Katie is an Idaho native…well, her family moved here from California when she was three months old (her husband loves to rub that in!). She grew up in West Boise and married her husband in 2000. They are raising their five teenagers in Boise in the Depot Bench neighborhood. She loves living right next to downtown in a neighborhood with mature trees and homes with unique character and charm.

Katie’s family spent four years living in Minneapolis and, although they all loved getting to know a new city, they made the move back to Boise because it’s simply the best place to live and raise a family. Boise is known for its outdoor year-round recreation, safety and low crime rate, affordable living, high-quality schools and welcoming community…all of these make Boise a great place to truly enjoy life to the fullest.

A Boise native through and through, Katie can recommend the right house, bank, hair stylist, local brew pub, school, church, and yes, even the best spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks display. If you are relocating from out of state, Katie wants to help you find the perfect place to call home.
